I waited until a staff member came along who asked if I needed to be seated. I walk in and at the front desk the typically had take out menus but not today. Generally we order take out from Dragon City Buffet so that is were I stopped.
So I didn't feel like cooking and thought Chinese food would be a good choice. HAPPY VALENTINES DAY DRAGON CITY, we'll be going somewhere else from now on. Her son answers the door and the driver shoves the sauce in the kids hands without a word and scurries away. Fifteen minutes later a driver shows up and rings the doorbell. no help from the lady on the other end of the phone girlfriend gets mad and hangs up. Fast forward over 45 minutes later, now untouched cold chinese food sits on our table, girlfriend calls again and is told "we only have one driver so we havent got to it", she tells them that we would have run there and got it ourselves if we knew it was going to be this long. They tell her they will quickly run some sauce to her. girlfriend tells them clearly that doesnt help us with the dry chicken balls. We call and they say they will credit us for sauce on our next order. As we unpack we do find no sauces at all for the chicken balls or anything. Upon getting home half of it was tipped sideways in the box they threw it all in, dry ribs and chicken balls spilt all over the bottom of the box.
Tonight's episode included ordering food for a specific time as we tried to salvage a wreck of a Valentine's evening with our kids. Place used to be really good, both eat in and take out.
